At over 800 businesses strong, the City of Vista in San Diego County is an economic powerhouse that makes a strong contribution to California’s economy. As Vista’s elected representative on the State Board of Equalization, Diane meets regularly with groups and owners across the district to keep up to date on the needs and concerns of entrepreneurs in the district. Last week, Vista Chamber CEO Bret Schanzenbach hosted Diane as a guest speaker to the Vista Chamber lunch meeting. Speaking to a group that included a representative from Assemblymember Marie Waldron’s office, Diane offered her services to Vista’s entrepreneurs seeking assistance and timely information on California’s tax laws, rules and regulations. Providing concierge level service to all businesses and taxpayers in the district has been a top priority for Diane since assuming office. Regular contact is maintained by Diane and her staff with Southern California’s job creators and entrepreneurs to ensure that together we keep business growing and jobs flowing.
