The San Diego Business Journal is the premier source for business trends and news in the greater San Diego region. The publication recently celebrated their 3th anniversary, an incredible milestone worth noting. To celebrate, the paper hosted a gathering of over 1,000 people on the USS Midway, overlooking the beautiful San Diego Bay.

This exciting event brought out local business owners and non-profit leaders to have fun and network. Former Mayor Jerry Sanders was on hand to deliver remarks about the state of business in San Diego.

Several Non-Profits including the Jacobs & Cushman Food Bank, Salvation Army and the Alzheimer’s Association were on hand to network and gather support for their very worthy causes. The Challenged Athletes Foundation was also there along with their new president Bill Geppert.

Since 1980 the San Diego Business Journal has been reporting on commercial real estate, biotech, technology, defense, tourism, and manufacturing, both locally and nationwide. The newspaper sells over 15,000 copies weekly and is regarded as one of the top business publications in California. Congratulations, and here’s to another successful 35 years!
