Pet Supply, a small family-owned pet supply store, held a ribbon cutting ceremony on February 19 for their newly expanded Fountain Valley location. The California State Board of Equalization Vice Chair Diane L. Harkey’s staff was honored to be there to celebrate this exciting occasion.

Pet Supply has been serving pet owners in Orange County for more than 33 years. Gary and his wife Joanne run the day-to-day business along with their two sons. Since its founding, Pet Supply has grown to five locations in the Fourth District, four in Orange County and one in San Diego County.

Gary and Joanne are heavily involved in the success of their business. With some market research, they understood the current market trends of today’s millennials and their love of anything cats. Because of this, they were able to expand their Fountain Valley location from 12,000 to 18,000 square feet. This extra 6,000 square feet of retail space is dedicated exclusively to cat food, products, and supplies.
